An Artist Membership is $25.00 per year ($15 for Seniors or students).
- What do I get for my membership fee?
A listing on this web site, with a link to yours if you
have your own site (we'd appreciate a reciprocal link); a regular newsletter; invitations to meetings that help shape the
nature and policies of this organization; and invitations to events sposored by this
organization.
- How do I join?
Prospective artist members should submit a membership application.
- Must I belong to the Chamber of Commerce?
No.
- What sort of Arts will be promoted?
We hope to be successful in promoting all arts within Socorro County;
we have an expectation that all artists of all cultures within Socorro County (e.g., performance artists, visual artists,
fiber artists, sculptors, jewelers, fine crafts, etc.) will benefit from an organization whose sole reason for being is to induce
patrons of the arts to make Socorro County a destination.
- Can I live outside the limits of the City of Socorro?
Yes. But we prefer you live within
Socorro County, or at least have strong ties to Socorro County. Remember, the object
of this organization is to promote the arts and artists within the county, and to induce
patrons of the arts to make Socorro County a destination.
